How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via standard delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Delivery times are typically 1-2 days, but can take up to 8 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, email us at: support@arcmere.com.

Do I need tools to assemble Arcmere furniture?
Our products are designed for simple assembly with minimal tools required. Most products only require a Phillips screw driver. Each product comes with detailed instructions for set up.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
